Well haven’t tried it in water yet to evaluate its grip etc. but if you are for example a size 8 1/2 buy a size 8 because this shoe is roomy and even with a half size smaller it still is. Very comfortable though.

The fit is generous. Grip is wonderful and enables me to do all the things I need to in water exercise classes,

I was very hesitant to buy shoes online because they never seem to work out. I bought these in a size 6 (my usual size), in aqua and it fit perfectly. If you have wide feet, the material is stretchable enough to accommodate for that. Physically, it is a gorgeous shoe and very, very comfortable. We took it whitewater rafting and it stood the test of class 4/5 rapids. My girl friend got hers in black/pink but I think the aqua one was much prettier. Look at the bottom of the shoes to compare their designs– the aqua one is definitely more detailed.

I have a pebble tech pool which is little small stones along the bottom and sides of my pool. When your in it for a long period of time your feet get real sensitive and the pebbles scrape at the bottom on your feet sometimes breaking the skin. I bought these and they are working well. They are so light weight you forget that you have them on. The bottoms are made out of a thin felixable rubber. There are small holes all along the sides and on top for the water to drain, so you don’t have a shoe full of water. These worked so well that my nephew bought a pair for his pool. They are true to size.

Purchased for use by nurse in tiled shower/bath area.
Supposed to be non-slip but had much less traction than sneakers. Dangerous.
